Building an Africa Where Everyone Belongs.
Championing the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of persons with disabilities across the continent.
Our Mission in Action
Transforming Challenges into Opportunities
At Auschidys Disability Africa, we believe that disability is not inability. We believe that every child, youth, and adult, regardless of disability, deserves the opportunity to learn, participate, contribute, and thrive within their community.

Empowering Lives Through Action
Our programmes are anchored on five pillars and are designed to address the comprehensive needs of individuals with disabilities, from education to economic independence.
Inclusive Education
We break down barriers to learning by advocating for policy change and providing assistive devices.
Health & Rehabilitation
We facilitate access to specialized health services, therapies, and community health outreaches.
Economic Empowerment
We equip individuals with skills in tailoring, farming, and entrepreneurship to foster economic independence.
Advocacy
We combat stigma and influence policy at the national and county levels for equitable access to services.
pillar 1
Inclusive Education
Every child deserves the right to learn. Through The Multi-Annual Programme Plan (MAPP), learners with disabilities access tailored resources, adaptive tools, and inclusive classrooms. We work with schools, parents, and government to break down barriers and create genuinely inclusive learning environments.
pillar 2
Health & Rehabilitation
We prioritise holistic wellbeing. All beneficiaries are registered with the Social Health Authority (SHA), and Disability Inclusive and Equity Training (DIET)-trained staff provide healthcare and rehabilitation support. Early intervention, physiotherapy, and mental health services are central to our approach.
pillar 3
Social Inclusion
Through advocacy, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement, we foster a society where persons with disabilities are respected, included, and empowered. We engage policymakers, media, faith leaders, and communities to shift attitudes and dismantle systemic barriers.
pillar 4
Livelihood
We equip persons with disabilities with vocational skills, market linkages, and entrepreneurship training for sustainable economic independence. Partnerships with employers and microfinance institutions open doors to dignified work.
pillar 5
Empowerment
Caregivers are the backbone of inclusive communities. We provide training, psychosocial support, and peer networks to strengthen families. A supported caregiver is the first step to an empowered person with a disability.
