With increased school enrollment into elementary and tertiary institutions, we expect that the PWDs will be developed to the level of skill empowerment.

ADA will seek partnerships with local and international companies to offer employment, on-job training and mentorships to youth with identified skills.

We will also collaborate with financial support agencies to offer financial and entrepreneurial training to our youth with disabilities; offer mentorships and grant financial support for startups.

ADA will actively link and engage appropriate markets for produce from PWDs initiatives.

There will be initiatives for empowering the caregivers of PWDs to improve their livelihoods and empower them to make a positive impact in their respective societies.
