Martin Kilavi is a visionary advocate and founder of Auschidys Disability Africa, leading the charge for disability inclusion across Kenya and beyond. As a father of children with disabilities, Martin combines personal insight with strategic leadership, turning challenges into opportunities that empower individuals, families, and communities. Guided by the principles of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Martin’s work directly advances quality education (SDG 4), good health and well-being (SDG 3), decent work and economic growth (SDG 8), and reduced inequalities (SDG 10). Through innovative programs in inclusive education, skills development, healthcare, and social inclusion, he has empowered thousands to overcome barriers and participate fully in society. Martin also serves on the National Inter-Agency Disability Advisory Committee, contributing to national policies that ensure equity, accessibility, and opportunity for all, in line with SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, building bridges between government, civil society, and international partners.
